1. Sit. Just sit and not move. Don’t do a thing and just keep on stressing about stress.
2. Isolate yourself from human contact. Reminder: this is objective and you have to stress about the fact that humans can also be stressing so, you may contact stressing humans if needed.
3. Sleep. In other words, stay in bed and stare at the ceiling and stress. It works wonders.
4. Coffee. Drink coffee and keep yourself up and think of all the ways things can go wrong and stress about stress even before there is something to stress about.
5. Think. This is a major one. Thinking creates problems. Problems that create more problems which can cause more problems to stress about.
